The owner of the online shop www.memoplays.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is Minlomer OY (registration code 14828561), located at Ehitajate tee 13-11, Tallinn, Harju County, 12612, Estonia.
Online Shop service and price information
Part of the content of the Online Shop is a free service.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of a paid service (hereinafter referred to as the service) from the Online Shop.
The price of the service offered by the Online Shop is €1.70 a month and is visible when registering as a user and under the button Join here. There you will also find information about the service.
The service can be used as a monthly subscription. By a month, it is meant the monthly period from the date the order is started.
Placing an order
To order the service, you must first register as a user of the Online Shop (menu item Subscription), during which you will be redirected to the Checkout page. Another way to get there is via the Join here button (under the different game categories). You can place the standing order on the Checkout page.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email with your username and other important information, and you can reset your password to log in. You can see your details under My account.
Payment is made outside the Online Shop in a secure PayPal environment.
The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and card details.
The owner of the Online Shop is the controller of the personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor PayPal.
Entry into force and validity of the sales contract
The contract will enter into force immediately after the payment is made, which means that the subscriber will have access to all the games in the Online Shop and will benefit from an automatic monthly subscription.
The contract is valid until the registered user of the Online Shop cancels the subscription, which can be done through the PayPal account. Access to all the games is maintained until the end of the prepaid period.
